By purchasing and accessing digital products from FlowLedger, you agree to the following terms:

1. License and Permitted Use:
Each purchase grants you a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal and commercial license to use the Google Sheets dashboard for your own personal use or internal business operations.

2. Restrictions on Resale and Redistribution:
You may not resell, sub-license, distribute, share, re-brand, or make copies of the template publicly accessible under any circumstances. Modifying parts of the template does not transfer copyright ownership or grant rights for distribution.

3. Compatibility:
Our templates are built and tested specifically for Google Sheets. An active, free Google account is required to use and copy the dashboard. FlowLedger is not responsible for incompatibility caused by attempting to open the files in unsupported third-party software.

4. Limitation of Liability:
FlowLedger provides budgeting and financial tracking templates for operational and organizational purposes. These tools do not constitute certified accounting, tax, or legal advice.
